She earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, followed by both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from Olivet Nazarene University. She also holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Headache Medicine (AQH) from the National Headache Foundation—an advanced credential achieved by a select group of headache specialists nationwide.
Before joining Synergy, Jessica spent nine years at the Diamond Headache Clinic in Chicago, where she began her career as a registered nurse on the inpatient headache unit before transitioning into a provider role. This dual perspective gives her a comprehensive understanding of headache care, from bedside support to advanced procedural treatments.
Jessica specializes in Botox® injections for chronic migraine and cervical dystonia, occipital and supraorbital nerve blocks, and sphenopalatine ganglion (SPG) blocks. As someone who also lives with migraine, she brings empathy, insight, and a strong belief that the best treatment plans begin with listening. Patients consistently describe her as knowledgeable, reassuring, and attentive—someone who takes the time to truly understand their story and tailor care accordingly.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys baking, spending time with her husband and two children, and caring for her poodle-mix dogs.
